a) Master / Chief Engineer: $ 150

b) Chief Officer / Second Engineer: $125

c) Navigational & Engineering Officers of the watch $100

d) All Officers (replace lost or stolen documents): $100

e) Radio License (GMDSS): $100

f) Seaman's ID book (all ID books): $50

g) Tanker Endorsement: $50
